The title bar of the window should show the name of the playing movie not the title of the playlist.

Or both: "Playlist Title : Document Title" ?

Me too. Although I'd prefer a dash instead of a colon as separator. Colons are so OS 9... ;-)

An API for getting the file name? I believe NSWorkspace has a displayNameAtPath: method for that.
