[FEATURE] Allow moving windows across workspaces using the pager

It would be great if open windows could be dragged and dropped across workspaces using the pager

Unfortunately as it stands today, the drag-and-drop API is not usable via the GTK library I'm using here. If that changes in future I may revisit.

Marking as wontfix for now.
