Table 293 -Incomplete definition of the BE (Best-Effort) dictionary / BE
Describe the bug In the table defining the BE (Best-Effort) dictionary, the description appears to be incomplete. While the MH (Must-Honor) entry explicitly specifies that parameters shall be honoured for the configuration to be considered viable, the corresponding BE entry stops after “should be honoured” and omits the expected explanatory clause indicating that best-effort parameters may be ignored if they cannot be met and that this does not affect viability.
It was like this back in ISO 32000-1:2008 but correct in Adobe PDF 1.7.
Other tables with BE all end their descriptions with "... shall only be honoured in a 'best effort' sense." (e.g. Table 277, 285, 288, 290, 302). It's best to stick with this existing phrasing. I think Table 293 is the only one with BE that doesn't end like this.
