Probable inconsistency in the entry for the NonStruct type: Table 365, Clause 14.8.4.4
The NonStruct SE type is clearly not treated, in the mega table, as having only category Grouping! — since it is listed as an acceptable child of almost any type.
Thus it probably should get listed in this table as being of all three categories: Grouping, Block and Inline.
Why did this get the 32005 label? It seems to me to be purely a PDF 2.0 concern.

Because a possible solution may be to leave the ambiguity in core PDF 2.0 and narrow the solution via ISO TS 32005 (which is already in a dated revision) or address via a WTPDF update or .... (just ensuring it is on everyone's radar).
I think @car222222 is right, this isn’t something to be fixed in 32005 because it is a PDF 2.0 tag. The question is whether a tag that is defined to have no meaning needs this clarity.
An interesting point, @mrbhardy, but the change is needed to resolve at least one of several apparent contradictions between the content of Table 365 and the mega-table.
Agreed it needs resolution. I'm aligned with the proposal to switch to: Grouping, Block or Inline in Table 365. Mega-table is already correct in both 32000-2 and 32005.
