Proposal for Adding Measure, Cap, and CP Keys to Square and Circle Annotations

I suggest adding support for the Measure key to the Square and Circle annotation dictionary entries, as well as adding support for the Cap and CP keys. In the CAD or architectural fields, it is often necessary to measure the area of a specific region, such as the area of a circular region. Since it pertains to the area of a region, the CP value is suggested to default to "Inside," representing "centered inside the area." Other directional values, such as Top, Bottom, Left, and Right, can also be considered.
