Searching for a new maintainer

I am no longer able to maintain this plugin (see https://github.com/pderichs/sublime_rubocop/pull/70#issuecomment-1693288616 for more information), so the task of this issue is the search for a new maintainer.

Hey. First of all, thanks for having maintained this plugin so far! I've used it back in the days I was using Sublime, but these days are long gone. Hope you can find a new maintainer!

Do you have data on the usage of this plugin? Maybe it could be a good motivator to attract contributors :)
