Lost NVIDIA GPU Driver functionality

After updating ARC loader, I have lost the NVIDIA GPU driver functionality, and it does not matter what I do. I have rebooted many times, re-seated the card, uninstalled and re-installed the driver, tried both simple permission manager and vgpudaemon fix (with this as response: "CPU ISA level is lower than required") But it all comes down to this: I install and run NVIDIA GPU driver, and after a few seconds it stops, stating "Manually Stopped".

Please help.
