CLI interface to control soundbounce

Would be nice if one could control soundbounce from cli. This could be used to create own little frontends in a script like fashion.

• search command, that spits out numbered results
• add command that takes numbers as arguments
• vote command
• star command
• listqueue command

maybe even some commands to use the chat.
