Had the same problem. Deleted folders: D:\mingw-x64\build\ffmpeg-git D:\mingw-x64\build\fontconfig-git Deleted files: D:\mingw-x64\local64\lib\libfontconfig.a D:\mingw-x64\local64\lib\libfontconfig.la The build then worked.
