其他指令都没用，我想请问使用方法中的安装requirements.txt中的依赖应该如何获取

我测试了一下，应该没有问题。setu插件的其他指令有用吗？请提供一下powershell或者cmd控制台的截图，否则我也不知道哪里出了问题！
