[Feature request] Calendar iCal Events French Translation

Hello! Unfortunately, I don't think I will get to this before the end of the year, but it's a good idea for next year.

I am assuming that it will work if I use a query parameter to determine the language? I don't really want to create a bunch of new URLs if I can help it.

Probably, unless calendar apps complain. Is there any expected standard in that regard for subscription calendars ? And by the way, since it's a subscription and so polling the calendar at regular interval, then, instead of defaulting to current year if no year parameter is provided, I think it should rather return the event list for the next 12 months.
