I am sure the usage instructions make sense if you know what you are doing with GitHub Actions/etc, but I am very much at the start of that journey and I am lost.

What does "Add a GitHub Actions Workflow configuration to your GitHub project, under .github/workflows/main.yml" actually look like?

What do I put in main.yml, as this is clearly wrong.

I have managed to add a repository secret for PS_GALLERY_KEY with my own key. #smallwin

If you have some time to help me out, I would really appreciate a simple 'for Dummies' level explanation. Pictures would be even better tbh.
