MSUpdateHelper4JamfPro script fails to install new updates

1.I have the pppc profile 2.i have the script and variables all correct in the policy. 3.I am on office 16.33 and i know 16.41 should be available 4.when running it says "No updates applied Detecting and downloading updates..."

even running /Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0/Microsoft\ AutoUpdate.app/Contents/MacOS/msupdate --list it shows no updates.
