Add ability to print build date and print download link for packages.

• Update help to reflect new channel names (or statements)
• Add ability (--Date) to print package date
• Add ability (--Link) to print download links - when using Apple Terminal these are printed below the main table. If using iTerm, these are printed as clickable links to the right of the main table (Command-click with the mouse)
