Deprecation is a good option here.

NDT parser should generate Mean{Download,Upload}ThroughputMbps columns

Once this issue is resolved, we should revert https://github.com/m-lab/etl-schema/pull/37 , because real columns will exist and we won't need synthetic columns.

Retry behavior differs between NDT and TCPInfo

TCPInfo queues sometimes don't drain because it retries the same job over and over again.

All rows should have some standard columns.

ETL down in staging for multiple days doesn't trigger any alerts.

Gardener was down. ETL was not down. But ETL had zero usage, a condition which should cause an alert.

NDT5 results are not annotated with client geolocation data

There aren't even fields for it in the schema. :(
