Option to only send messages from in-game, not view chat

I primarily stream without a microphone, and I tend to prefer typing in-game to reply to people because of the chat narration accessibility feature. However, I don't like showing chat on stream because it can't be erased from the VOD if someone comes into chat spamming slurs (unlike banning them removing their messages from the replay.) A setting to ignore incoming messages and only send out my own messages would be beautiful and much appreciated.

Hey! I have been and will be busy for a bit, I'll check this and add it whenever I can. This doesn't look all that hard! Though if anybody is able to add this through a PR, I'll happily merge it!

if you are fine with using the AdvancedChat mod you can make it so when you open chat it automatically puts the : infront of your message your about to type
