Compile both the latest rtl_433 tag and the master branch and make configurable

When building the container:

  • Build the current tag as we currently do.
  • Also, build a copy based on master.
  • Expose an addon configuration option with a set of radios to choose "stable" or "master".
  • Ensure that when master is used, rtl_433 logs the commit hash and date it was built from.
