[FEATURE] Keyboard shortuts for move cursor to next/previous heading

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since we don't have collapse function, it might make sense to have an option to jump between headings right from text editor. I can open Navigation bar and move cursor within a document. I know Navigation Bar can be focused by F8 but then I need to press Tab and use arrows (or search) to jump there. A direct shortcut within an Editor (like option to assign custom shortcut) would be awesome.
