Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the Sort Type of the Note List Panel can only be changed by opening the settings page.

A right click menu option on the Note List Panel to toggle between "Alphabetical" and "Last Changed" would be very useful for folders that have a lot of notes.
So far I've only encountered people who are sorting by date or alphabetically, but not both. 🤔
I have it sorted by date. But sometimes in a long list when I can't find the note (or have forgotten where I put it) it would be nice to be able to re-sort alphabetically.
Not a big deal... Curious to see if anyone else would find it useful.
Why don't you use the text search? I never sorted my notes alphabetically in my whole life (outside developing on it).
lol... I was thinking I should use search. But the reason I don't is because I've found the way search works to be a bit inconvenient at times. The first issue is that it's too easy to accidentally create a note. Then, if I'm searching for a note by name, it will find it if I have the correct subfolder selected or if I have All Notes selected, but not if I have containing folder selected. And lastly it also finds and selects matching text in the note.
So yes, this is just a matter of me getting used to the way search works as opposed to the way I expect it to work. I have to get into the habit of cancelling the search after selecting the note. Just a matter of re-training myself :)

Only if you press Enter ️🤷🏻 With Tab you jump to the note list.

Did you try this:
And lastly it also finds and selects matching text in the note.
You can also only search for note names, see https://www.qownnotes.org/getting-started/searching.html.
Thanks - Those tips help a lot. Alt-F with n: will work well for me (as long as I can stop myself hitting enter :) )
