[BUG] Spellchecking characterset issue on Windows

Expected behaviour

Spellchecking should not mark as errors correctly spelled words with national accent letters. This occured while using Polish dictionary.

Actual behaviour

Spellchecking marks as errors correctly spelled words with national accent letters. In popup menu under Spelling the proposed correct word has garbage symbols instead of national accents letters.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on automatic spellcheck
2. Type any correct word with accent letters
3. This word is marked as spelling error.

It looks like encoding of some of accent letters is broken in the dictionary.

Which dictionary did you use? You didn't mention in your "Steps to reproduce". 😊

I tried to delete and reinstall the dictionary, but it did not helped...

I reproduced this error on fresh install on Windows machine.

I cannot reproduce it on Linux.

German seems to work. Maybe it's an issue of the dictionary in https://github.com/qownnotes/dictionaries/tree/master/pl_PL. In your Debug settings, you should find a Application dictionaries path. You could try to download the Dict files from https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/dictionaries/tree/pl_PL into that directory.

That would be

I downloaded those files and replaced relevant files in that directory, but the bug persists.
