FR: Recognize the bookmarks file regardless of where it is

Hi,

It looks like QOwnNotes expects the bookmarks.md to be in the root folder, if not it creates a fresh new one in the root even if it exists under another folder. This idea does not work so well for people who like to keep the notes organized in subfolders and keeps no notes in the root. It would be great if the web clipper sends the bookmarked link to the "bookmarks.md|txt" regardless of where that bookmarks.md is.

Yes, it currently isn't possible to set a subfolder.
