extra: ask a user if they want to load KMD on the first run

There is no application "Back" arrow on this screen (after coin choosing on the first screen) and native "Back" arrow which on the bottom put me on the phone main...

To notify users that there's a connectivity issue. Connection loss could lead to cache file corruption. Not sure about komodod or iguana core. Need to ask james for more details.
