add an error message if passphrase is not associated with any wallet

the error is needed in case there's a typo or simply wrong passphrase was used expected behaviour is to see an error right now iguana just creates a new wallet...

Right now errors keep pouring in terminal while iguana just stops responding. Even curl requests hang in this case.

If it's not possible to make a complete coin removal could you make Iguana stop responding to any api calls? Right now it's still responding back after I executed removecoin...
