Hi,

could you please create a release tag for this repo ... when trying to install in Meteor I get the following error

 error: Meteor no longer supports installing Cordova plugins from arbitrary tarball URLs. You can either add a
   plugin from a Git URL with a SHA reference, or from a local path. (Attempting to install from
   https://github.com/pbakondy/cordova-plugin-speechrecognition/commit/9302a31f7007a0180bd291e52da4130b48661924.)

Update .. I got the URL format to work with cordova-plugin-speechrecognition@https://github.com/pbakondy/cordova-plugin-speechrecognition.git#9302a31f7007a0180bd291e52da4130b48661924

release number would be nicer, pretty please
