It doesn't look like `--disableFastRender` helps with this. There is some discussion of this issue [here](https://discourse.gohugo.io/t/page-scratch-not-reset-on-re-render-of-different-page/54010/11).
@v-dobrev, does this look OK to you?
Can we close this in favor of #4769?
BTW @YohannDudouit, the preconditioner is defined in section 4.5 of [this paper](https://doi.org/10.1137/22M1486534).
