Update IPN samples to send applicable user agent.

As per #125 some of our samples are not sending a user agent.

We should update these to send a user agent as per the docs

Hello is the user agent an immediate requirement for the IPN to continue working?
We don't plan to update until June (next scheduled dev cycle).

No, it is currently not required (and will not be required soon as it would break BC of the existing listeners out there).
