Is there going to be a support for parallel payments (for partnerships) in sdk/app?

There is dealer and there is a supplier, the supplier provides the product but gets paid only when the products are sold, so, at the the time of sale the supplier get a certain percent of purchase amount. Thus every purchase needs to go to two accounts, dealers and supplier.
