Run transformation from "on-the-fly" extension

Add CLI option, pointing to extension Maven coordinates, to allow running a transformation from an extension that is not installed (no need for pre-installation).

This command would allow to install and run (a transformation template from) the extension in a single shot. If the extension is already installed, then the installation step is skipped.
