update documentation to give better support from markdown conversion

Error: MarkdownShortcuts: missing dependency code for transformer. Ensure node dependency is included in editor initial config.

right now code dosent work without registerMarkdownShortcuts(editor, transformers)

maybe we can update the code here insted of people referring to lexical docs what do you guys think
