Improve keyboard navigation on DecoratorNodes in Lexical

Payload: 3.0.0-beta-109

Describe the Bug

DecoratorNodes should display a colored border when selected. I can see that effect in the Upload block, but not the others.

Reproduction Steps

  • pnpm dev fields
  • Go to the first item in http://localhost:3000/admin/collections/lexical-fields/
  • Try to navigate through the decoratorNodes with the arrows
