plugin-seo: Missing LICENSE file

I noticed the package.json file states the project uses the MIT License, however there is no LICENSE file. Can you add one such that github can include it into the about section?

Hey @robertnolteandrena thank you for bringing this up. We can definitely get that in there. This plugin is now being maintained in the Packages Directory of the Payload Monorepo. This repo will soon be archived and all open issues will be either be transferred or closed. I'm going to transfer this one over now so we don't loose track.

This no longer seems relevant now that this plugin was moved into the monorepo.
