Incorrect config gives cryptic error

I had an invalid key ohttp_proxy that has been renamed to ohttp_relay and received this error when trying to run any command.

Error: invalid value: string "", expected relative URL without a base"

Would be nice if payjoin-cli gave a list of available keys for easier debugging
