Secret objectives [SO]

• allow users with full access to add Secret Objectives to "their" race
• SOs are sent to backend and committed, but when informing other clients, do not include information what SO was added (it is secret, duh)
• only when SO is scored, should it be revealed to other players (and remain visible, as it is scored)
• allow removing unscored SOs (because you can swap SOs during the game)
• user can score their own SO (and it will be revealed)
• add button below VP tracker "score secret objective" - you can search for SO and choose which race scored it - it will move the flag by 1 point up
