Freeze/hang when compiling a package

Information that could be useful:

• how to reproduce the problem: Here are my dependencies:

		"sampctl/samp-stdlib:0.3.DL-R1",
		"pawn-lang/[email protected]"

Running my server script with that just hung the compiler, can't really post much code.

• observed behavior: Compiler hanging when you try to compile the package
• expected behavior: To actually compile and not hang in the middle.
• other relevant information --> If it helps, the same script compiled with compiler version 3.10.4

• Compiler version: v3.10.9
• Command line arguments provided (or sampctl version): SAMPCTL version: 1.8.39
• Operating System: Windows 7
