RFE : option do not show row numbers in grid view

Details

The grid view, in the data panel and in the result of an SQL query, shows row numbers at the left. While these ar mostly useful on innocuous, there are two cases where I would rather not have them : when the data already has an id (for risk of confusion), and when using SQLiteStudio to teach SQL(ite) to newcomers (again because they might get confused as to these are part of the table or not).
