Don't refresh if save doesn't work

Today I had connection troubles with my wifi, and couldn't save for some time, but continued working. After pressing the save button, save did not work, but the web-app refreshed.

This is actually the worst response possible for a save not working, as my work was lost due to that. This is actually a dealbreaker from my point of view

(having autosave as requested in issue #75 would reduce the pain of this a bit)
