File not saved

Hello,

I just installed and enabled draw.io on nextcloud, i cannot save files after creating a file, I get File not saved after clicking save either from the right menu or from the top left menu.

draw.io version: 1.0.1 nextcloud: 22.1.0

Looking at the network tab, I am getting redirect then 403 on saving:

Can you please help?

I have the same issue with a shared file; file creator can save changes, user which file has been shared with can't save. No errors are logged by Nextcloud.

In my case the user can edit the file, the file is saved but the message "File Not Saved" appears and moments later "Saving file appears but never goes away. I'm using an external share with a username and password that has full access to the files.

@SDAdham, I had same issue and when I check your main post about this issue, it point me to the response of XHR request, then I just find out for my case the modSecurity from my host is blocking me to send out PUT request, so I just put ModSecurity to monitoring state.

Now every thing working perfectly for me, FYI, my Next Cloud version is 21. check your server/host firewall or security extension
