Navigation - Remeber Tag filter when going back to Snippets page

Scenario:

• I select a tag to filter in the 'Snippets' page
• Select a snippet
• Snippet opens up and I perform some action on it
• Click 'Go Back'
• Current Behaviour - Takes me back to the Snippets page with the tags filter cleared.
• Proposed Behaviour - Takes me back to the Snippets page but with the tags filter still applied
