[BUG] Search for a bookmark or application with an accent (e.g.: éè....)

Bug description:

If you search the search bar for an application or bookmark whose name contains characters with accents, the search engine doesn't understand and doesn't find any results.

e.g : App name (Téléphonie) search bar : Té -> no result
