weatherapi no longer has a free option. is there any way to change that or maybe just able to add HTML widgets?

Would love to be able to use WeatherPi for this or if the Tempest API would work so I could use my own weather station eg https://tempestwx.com/station/71198/

OpenWeather is a good choice, I think.

Homarr uses https://open-meteo.com/, if that's of any use.
