Import bookmarks from Web UI and support base64 encode icons.

Import bookmarks from Chrome export. To get export file:

1. Open Chrome's Bookmark Manager
2. Click more options icon at the top right corner.
3. Click Export bookmarks

In flame;

1. Go to bookmarks page, click Import From File
2. Once complete imported bookmarks will be unpinned.
3. Enjoy!
