[FEATURE] Docker's "Unpin other apps" should have a sub-setting to keep manually added apps

The current behaviour of "Unpin stopped containers / other apps" seems to just blanket remove any app not running in docker. I think this should instead be split into 2 separate options, one to remove stopped containers, and one to remove all non docker apps (though unsure if this one would even be needed), though I realise this would add a requirement to store where an app has been added from
