[FEATURE REQUEST] Blank/empty categories & bookmarks

I like to visually organise my bookmarks by rows; not every row will have four categories. I can add 'empty' categories, but for this to work I need to enter an empty category with an empty URL. Not a big deal as there's a working solution, but it would be nice to just add an empty category without having to also add an empty bookmark.

Same for bookmarks in a category, Some bookmarks belong to the same category, but are somewhat separate. Unfortunately adding a blank bookmark does not show up at all (unlike empty categories). Please add the ability to add spacers/blank bookmarks.
