Kamon dashboard empty

I can't see any app nor host in Graphana dashboard. What do I need to do to enable MonitoringPlugin?

Monitoring plugin is outdated (see: https://github.com/pawelkaczor/akka-ddd/issues/67) and thus it probably is not working correctly atm.
