Randomizer makes it impossible to play the Untouchable, Carpathian Mountains mission

To set up: Start the mission in the laboratory.

the problem: to progress you need a rusty crowbar and the Randomizer changes that Item and you get stuck in the first wagon.

Is it possible to add the rusty crowbar in to the ignorre list? i tried it but every time it keep changing the item.
