Does not work with hackrf v2021.3.1

It won't work with hackrf version 2021.3.1

Same experience here. I downgraded my hackrf to firmware 2018.01.1 and it began to work.

2021 firmware says 'HackRF Disconnected'. Same experience on Windows and Linux.
