Player Bank permissions (withdraw/acl) dont get saved in MySQL

For example when you do command /bank perm bank1 withdraw Toniko1 true Player (Toniko1) can withdraw from the bank until the server restart, because the value doesn't get saved in MySQL. Also the console doesn't say error when this occurs.
