Kiosk mode (fullscreen)

I was wondering if there is a way to initiate the remote desktop in full screen mode without user intervention. The usage is for Kiosk/Digital Signage displays. In addition to full screen, the ability to have a static "key" or access url in the event the unattended remote system becomes disconnected or restarted.
