Summertime missing for events

We have a report on our instance at https://agora.degrowth.net/t/error-in-timezone-for-events-summertime-missing/860 that describes a problem with events being displayed when it's summer time.

Apparently the start time will be displayed wrongly, but end times are adjusted to the time zone settings.
