Local Transfer Negotiation on Send

When receiving a file in the app (from a desktop's pip wormhole), the transfer is done over the local network at decent speed. When sending a file from the app, it does not negotiate the local network connection and instead sends it through my relay (external network) at dramatically lower speed.

Feature Request: Add auto-negotiation for transfer on the app as is present on the main library.
